The freshman class is showing an unfortunate tendency to neglect its baseball team, at least as far as subscriptions for its support are concerned. The running expenses of the team are necessarily considerable, and they must be in large part defrayed by contributions from the class. Ninety-eight, if she lacks in class interest, should yet have class pride enough to prevent her from leaving any deficit in her baseball accounts at the close of the season.
