The eleventh shoot in the handicap series and a match for the Founder's Cup were shot yesterday afternoon in a high wind and poor light. The scores in the handicap match were: Sargent, 20; DuPont, 19; Dove, 19; Byrd, 18; Sterling, 16, and G. Kinnicutt, 13. The best totals of those who have shot eight times so far are Dupont, 197; Sargent, 185; R. Sterling, 177; Dove, 175, and G. Kinnicutt, 169. The scores in the match for the Founder's Cup were: Sargent, 13; Dove, 10; Sterling, 10; DuPont, 8; Knoblauch, 7, and Byrd, 6.
The Intercollegiate Shoot for the cup offered by Shooting and Fishing will take place Friday, May 24, at Princeton. June 8, the date originally set for the shoot, was protested by Harvard on the ground that the conditions require the shoot to be in May. Shooting and Fishing sustained Harvard's protest and the date of the shoot was changed to May 24.
The twelfth and last shoot in the handicap series will be held Monday next.
