ANOTHER VICTORY.

PRINCETON, N. J., Dec. 18.- Tonight, for the fourth consecutive time, Harvard won from Princeton in their annual debate. The question was: "Resolved, That, assuming the adoption of adequate constitutional amendments, the United States should institute a system of responsible cabinet government." Princeton supported the affirmative and Harvard the negative.

The debate was held in Alexander Hall, which was filled with a large and appreciative audience. President Patton of Princeton made the introductory address, and presented Mr. Talcott Williams, of Philadelphia, who was to preside. The judges were Hon. Joseph R. Hawley, Provost C. G. Harrison, of the University of Pennsylvania, and Mr. Hamilton W. Mabie.
