Lampoon Christmas Number.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Christmas number of the Lampoon, which came out yesterday, is unusually entertaining and contains drawings rather above the average of college publications.

The sketch on the cover, drawn by T. M. Hastings '98 is very effective and represents Lampy astride of Pegasus treading over the Dragon.

The centre piece, drawn by Alfred K. Moe, in illustration of the story "Christmas Ghosts," is a highly creditable piece of work, the figures representing the ghosts being particularly well done.

The sketches headed "December" (with apologies to F. G. Atwood), are also clever and entertaining.

The verses "Harvardiensis Contra Mundum" and "Rondeau to Rob L. Stevenson" are decidedly apt.
