The trial debate for the Harvard Forum will take place this evening in Harvard 1, at 7.30 p. m. The question "Resolved, That the principles of the Monroe Doctrine apple to the Venezuela Controversy" will be opened for the affirmative by F. R. Steward '96, and for the negative by F. Dobyns '98. After these speakers any member of the University is invited to speak. Speeches will be limited to five minutes.
