Yesterday afternoon, on Soldiers Field, the Hollis Hall nine defeated Ninety-six by a score of 7 to 4. This is the second time that Ninety-six has been defeated by the Hollis Hall team. The Ninety-six battery was Porter and Bowser, while Hanavan and Millikin formed the battery for Hollis Hall. The features of the game were the battling of Kuhn and the fielding of Thomas for Hollis Hall, and the fielding of Ames for Ninety-six.
