The number of the Lampoon which comes out tomorrow contains a friendly editorial greeting to our guests from New Haven. From the editorial it may be inferred that "Lampy" intends to make his appearance between the halves of the Yale game. The centre page, which is also devoted to the game, is clever but somewhat careless.
There appears in this issue a characteristic, slangy, long drawn out parody on one of the novels of the year; and a shorter and better imitation of a recent magazine story.
In a few smooth running lines we find an amusing statement of the fact that an author is not his own best judge. On the same page is found the new headpiece for the "By the Way" column, in which "Ibis" is decoratively pictured in the act of getting to the bottom of things.
