The Last chance for the student to see the University eleven in a game before the line-up against Yale will be offered this afternoon in the game with Dart-mouth. Four substitutes will be in the line-up, and, unless Dartmouth proves stronger than is expected, others will be put in during the second half. The Dartmouth eleven have not been as strong as usual this year, and have been beaten several times by minor colleges. Early in the season they held Yale down to twelve points, but since then they have not developed as well as was hoped.

The line-up follow: Harvard.  Dartmouth. Ristine, l.e.  r. e., O'Connor. Donald, l.t.  r.t., Alling. A. R. Sargent, l.g.  r.g., Corson. C. Sargent, c.  c., Rogers, Burden, r.g.  l.g., Lowe. Lawrence, r.t.  l.t., Crowell. Hallowell, r.e.  l.e., Boyle. Fincke, q.b.  q.b., Wentworth. Sawin, l.h.  r.h., Stickney. Kendall, r.h.  l.h., Farmer. Ellis, f.b.  f.b., Proctor.

Every part of yesterday's practice was marred by fumbling. In the preliminary work, Coach :Lewis instructed the men in dropping on the ball, but the result was most unsatisfactory. The players were very uncertain in securing the ball, and in, twenty minutes of signal practice the first eleven fumbled four times. The first and second were line, up against each other for a few minutes in order to give Hallowell practice in kicking with men breaking through on him. None of the punts were blocked, but in catching them there was much fumbling. Sargent's passing for kicks was poor and required special coaching after the game.

The practice game with the second eleven lasted five minutes. Gierasch scored' one touchdown on an end play from the middle of the field, and Ristine another on a fumble. The signals for the Yale game were used and are satisfactory.

The practice' line-up was as follows: First Eleven  Second Eleven. Ristine, l.e.  r.e., Hoxie.. Donald, l.t.  r.t., Spratt. Barnard, l.g.  r.g., Wheeler. C. Sargent, c.  c., Greene.
