Hare and Hounds Run.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Nearly sixty men went on the run yesterday afternoon. Owing to the fact that the paper for scent did not arrive in time, the hares did not start separately, but all the men went out for a practice run under the leadership of H. B. Clark '01.

The course led through Norton's woods to Winter Hill, then west nearly as far as Tufts College, and home through West Somerville, past Porter Station, and down North avenue, making a little over five miles in all. The break was on North avenue, about three-quarters of a mile from the Gymnasium. S. H. Bush '01 was first home, and C. J. Swan '01, second.
