Freshman Club Rowing

A number of Freshmen have joined the Weld Boat Club since last Monday, so that the squad now includes four eights ad two four oars. At the Newell, there are five Freshman crews, but only four went out yesterday. AT neither club has there yet been sufficient opportunity to pick out the best men. The first is the only crew at the Weld that has been really graded and, at the Newell, the Freshmen are merely divided into five squads. Wray coached the Weld Freshmen from a single for about an hour yesterday. Vail has not yet returned to coach the Newell crews.
