The Cricket Outlook

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Thirty nine men handed in their names last night as candidates for the cricket team. Of these, the large majority have had some experience in the game and therefore the plan of having a second team will be carried out this year for the first time.

The plans for a crease on Soldiers field have been approved by Professor Hollis and work will be begun upon it as soon as the condition of the ground permits. It will be located where the west gridiron now is. There is much sodding and rolling to be done, but it is hoped that the field will be in condition for the games with Pennsylvania and Haver ford.
