At the meeting of the sophomore Debating Club last night, the question, "Resolved, That Porto Rico should be included within the customs' boundaries of the United States," was won by the affirmative, supported by Holmes's camp.
The question for the next debate, to be held on March 6, in Sever 35, is "Resolved, That the system of elective studies at Harvard has been carried too far to be consistent with the best interests of the University." Bernbaum's camp has the affirmative and Holmes's camp the negative.
