Cross Country Run Course.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

As the Athletic Committee has given permission for entering a team in the annual meet of the Intercollegiate Cross Country Association, the track management has decided to build a regular cross country course about Soldiers Field. Work on this course will commence in a few days, and hedges and water-jumps will be constructed similar to those at Morris Park where the intercollegiate meet is to be held.

The work this week has been entirely preliminary and next week, when the jumps are built, harder work will begin and the pace and distance will be increased. Later on the runs will be held over the road, as well as on the regular course.
