Winter work for the candidates for the track team will begin this afternoon at 3.30 o'clock in the Gymnasium, when Mr. Graham will meet the men and outline the indoor work for the season. The work in the Gymnasium is intended primarily for the candidates for the field events, and most of the coaching will be given to them. The work, however, will be suited for every one, and as, it is an important factor in the development of the team, every man who intends to come out for the team in the spring is urged to take part in it.
The squads will be arranged as follows: Short put--on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 3.30; high jump--Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4; pole vault--Tuesday and Thursday at 6.30. Later on squads will be formed in other events.
