M. Germain Martin to Lecture.

M. Germain Martin will address the Seminary of Economics in University 23 at 4.30 this afternoon, on the contemporary writers upon political economy in France. M. Martin is lecturer in political economy at the law school of the University of Paris, is secretary of the Revue d'Economie Politique, and the author of several works upon French economic history.
