The cricket team defeated Brockton on Saturday in its first game of the season by the score of 75 to 23. Harvard played the much stronger game and was especially strong in batting. The bowling of Harvard was also superior to that of Brockton. Drinkwater and Taylor went in first and made a good stand which tired out the Brockton bowlers and made the victory easy. Pasea did the best batting for Harvard.
