1904 Defeats 1903 in Shoot.

The final shoot in the preliminary round of the interclass series yesterday afternoon was won by the Juniors, who defeated the Seniors by a margin of one point. The conditions of the day were favorable to good shooting and some exceptionally high scores were made. Ingalls of the 1904 team and Corbett of the 1903 team both shot forty-eight birds out of a possible fifty, while all of the scores were very good. The final score was 178 to 177. The individual scores were as follows:

1903--E. E. du Pont, 46; H. L. Corbett, 48; P. Bancroft, 46; L. Albright, 37. Total, 177.

1904--F. Ingalls, 48; T. L. Marsalis, 46; G. Forbes. 46; H. P. Marshall, 38. Total, 178.

The final series of three shoots between the Juniors and the Freshmen for the class championship will not begin until after the mid-year examinations. The championship will go to the team winning two of the three matches.
