Secretary of the Navy William H. Moody '76, and Mr. Gifford Pinchot, head of the government Bureau of Forestry, will speak in the New Lecture Hall on Monday evening, November 2, at 7.30 o'clock, under the auspices of the Political Club. The speakers for this occasion were suggested by President Roosevelt as the best men now in public life to address an undergraduate body on political questions of the day.
Secretary Moody will talk on, "The Administration of the Navy," telling of the many difficulties encountered in that department; and Mr. Pinchot on, "The Opportunities in the Government Scientific Departments." The meeting will be open to members of the University and to the public. The public, however, will not be admitted until 7.20 o'clock.
