In the scrub football series yesterday the Squalin' Geese defaulted to the Climbers soon after the game started, owing to the injury of one of their men. As a result of this match the Climbers and the Shysters are tied as winners of section two, each team having won two games. The decisive match will be played this afternoon at 4 o'clock on the north gridiron of Soldiers Field.
The final game in the series will be played on Friday between the Skin and Bones team, the winner of section one and the team winning the final game of section two this afternoon.
