Captain Charles M. Fuller, of Boston, gave last night, in the Living Room of the Union, an illustrated lecture on "The Panama Canal." The lecturer outlined the history of the Isthmian canal project, pointing out the various routes that have been suggested and comparing the Panama route with that of Nicaragua.
