The Hasty Pudding Club will present this year for its annual theatrical performance a three-act comic opera entitled. "The Catnippers." The book is by H. L. Riker '03 and G. S. Barton '03; the lyrics by R. W. Child '03 and L. Warner '03; and the music by F. M. Class '03.
The scene of the play is laid in India, and much attention is being paid to unique costumes and elaborate scenic effects. The play will be produced under the stage direction of Mr. James Gilbert, who has been identified with the Hasty Pudding Theatricals for the past ten years.
The play will be produced in Cambridge during the first part of Easter week, and in Boston on Friday and Saturday evening of the same week.
