The tie for the $100 Parker gun was won this afternoon, on Soldiers Field, by J. Hinckley '06. In the first shoot off six men tied for a perfect score, J. W. Bell '06, J. Hinckley '06, L. W. Wright 2L., H. L. Corbett '06, S. S Breeze '05, N. c. ward '05. In the "miss-and-out" shoot which followed immediately, J. Hinckley '06 won with a score of 14 and J. w. Bell '06 was second with 13. The highest actual score was made by N. C. Ward '05, who killed 41 birds without missing.
The prize for the highest actual score made during all the shoots was won by E. E. du Pont '03, who killed 118 birds out of 120. The second prize offered by the gun club for the man who was second in the "miss-and-out" shoot was won by J. W. Bell '06.
