The matches in the interclass tennis tournament yesterday resulted as follows:
1903--Gilkey defeated Black, 6-3, 1-6, 7-5.
1904--Estes defeated Rivers, 7-5, 2-6, 6-2; Bramwell defeated De Wolfe, 7-5, 6-0.
1905--Prentice defeated Weld, 6-0, 6-0.
1906--Whitman defeated Pell, 6-1, 5-6, 6-1; Smither defeated Dorman, 6-2, 6-3.
Attention is called to the rule that in the final round matches are for the best three out of five sets and that deuce and advantage sets may be played.
The matches to be played today are as follows:
1903--Gilkey vs. Birckhead at 3.
1904--Hunt vs. Estes at 3; Green vs. winner Estes-Hunt at 4.
1905--de Rham vs. Prentice at 3.
1906--Boggs vs. Whitman at 3; Smither vs. Cross at 3.
