The St. Paul's Catholic Club will hold the first of a series of three monthly conferences this evening at 7.30 o'clock in Phillips Brooks House. The subject for discussion at these conferences, which are to be conducted by the Reverend M. J. Splaine, D.D., vice-chancellor of the arch-diocese of Boston, will be "Evolution as Viewed by the Church." All members of the University are invited to attend, especially those interested in philosophy.
Following this series of conferences, there will be three monthly lectures on "The History of Education in New England." These lectures will be given by some prominent clergyman of Boston.
