Intercollegiate Golf Tournament

In the qualifying round for the individual intercollegiate golf championship at Garden City yesterday, five members of the University golf team, M. McBurney '06, captain; W. F. Harrison '06, T. Briggs '09, F. Ingalls 2L., and P. Gilbert '08, were among the sixteen who qualified. In the first round of the match, however, Gilbert was the only member of the team who won his match, defeating D. Laird '06, of Princeton.

The second and semi-final rounds will be played today, and the finals, at 36 holes, will be held tomorrow.
