The Boston Symphony Orchestra will give the first of a series of six concerts in Sanders Theatre tonight at 7.45 o'clock. Miss Olive Mead will be the soloist. The program will be as follows: Goldmark, Overture, "In the Spring," concerto for violin; Dvorak, Symphonic Poem, "The Wood Dove;" Beethoven Symphony No. 2.
The remaining concerts of the series will be given on the following dates: November 29, December 28, February 1, March 8, and April 19.
