The cross country team will race the Massachusetts Institute of Technology this afternoon at 1.45 o'clock. The course is from the Highland Club in West Roxbury to the Technology grounds in Brookline Village, a distance of about five miles. The University team is composed of the following: M. S. Crosby '08, M. H. Stone '07, A. King 3L., H. M. Turner '06, H. W. King '08, S. T. Hubbard, Jr., '07, C. L. Jackman sL., S. Withington '06, H. F. Miller sS., R. W. Fisher '08.

In scoring, only the first six men of each team will be counted. Each place will count according to its numerical value, and thus the team having the smallest total will win.

The consolation cross country run held yesterday afternoon was won by R. C. Hackley sS. H. G. Leach 1G. was second, and P. Woodman '08 third. The time was 26 minutes 16 and three-fifths seconds.
