The Faculty at its last meeting voted to establish a new half-course, Mathematics 27, for the second half-year. This course will be given by Dr. E. V. Huntington on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and (at the pleasure of the instructor), Saturdays, at 9. It is intended for those who desire a concise and systematic exposition of the fundamental concepts of mathematics in the light of recent researches, and is open to both graduates and undergraduates. It was also voted that after 1906, the admission examination in advanced history of a specified period be discontinued.
