Since the publication of the last edition of the announcement of the courses of instruction for the current year by the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, there have been a number of changes. German 9a will be given on Friday at 5 o'clock instead of on Tuesday at 10 o'clock. Owing to ill health Professor von Jagemann has been obliged to give up his work for another year. Of his courses German 12a, 12b and 21 will be conducted by Dr. Goebel, formerly of Leland Stanford University. German 12a and 12b will be given on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 9 o'clock. German 21 will be given on Mondays and Fridays from 3.30 to 5 o'clock.

Owing to the resignation of Assistant Professor Sprague Economics 12a, and 20d will be omitted this year, and Economics 6 will be given as a half-course in the second half year by Professor Taussig and Assistant Professor Gay. The meetings in Economics 6 will be on Tuesdays, Thursdays and (at the pleasure of the instructors) Saturdays at 11 o'clock.

Economics 8a will be given during the first half year instead of the second half year, at 1.30 o'clock, instead of at 9 o'clock, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Economics 8b will be given during the second half year by Assistant Professor Andrew. The meetings of this course will also come at 1.30 o'clock instead of at 9 o'clock, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Economics 17 has been dropped for this year, and Mathematics 35 will also not be given.
