The second annual meeting of the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse League was held at the Park Avenue Hotel, New York, on Friday evening, December 22. The following colleges were represented: Northern Division--Columbia, Cornell, Harvard, Pennsylvania; Southern Division--Johns Hopkins, Eehigh, Stevens Institute of Technology, Swarthmore. Officers for the ensuing year were elected as follows: president, H. A. L. Sand '95; vice-president, W. S. Finlay, Cornell '04; secretary treasurer, H. A. Pratt, Stevens '04; additional members of executive committee, C. C. Miller, Crescent Athletic Club, and W. H. Madren, Hopkins '00.

A revised constitution was adopted in place of the original constitution drafted at the time of the formation of the league last spring. The new constitution provides for an annual meeting in New York, and gives the executive committee jurisdiction over all members in matters relating to games, eligibility, foul play, etc. The northern and southern colleges are to play for the championships of their respective divisions, and the division champions may then play for the league championship, but such play off is not compulsory. Cups will be awarded by the executive committee each year for the division championship when decided. The playing rules known as the American Lacrosse Rules were adopted, and it was voted to have them published by A. G. Spalding. Hobart's petition for admission to the league was granted, to take effect January 1, 1907.

The championship of the northern division for last year was not awarded, as Harvard, Columbia and Cornell were tied for first place, each having won two games and lost one. Swarthmore won the championship of the southern division. The schedules for this year will be announced later.

The University was represented at the meeting by the following: P. H. Adams '05, J. M. Groves '05, H. A. L. Sand '95.
