Spring football will begin this afternoon on Soldiers Field and practice will be held daily at 4 o'clock until further notice.

The work at first will consist in a 30-minute practice in catching, passing, and falling on the ball, goal kicking, and running down the field under punts. Scrimmages will be held later in the season, in order to ascertain the results of the working of the new rules.

The work will be under the direction of Coach W. T. Reid, Jr., '01 and Captain H. Foster '07.

All men who intend to try for the team next fall are expected to be dressed ready to play at 4 o'clock today in the Locker Building.
