At the Junior class elections held yesterday, the following men were elected officers for the ensuing year: president, A. G. Cable; vice-president, R. M. Middlemass; secretary, J. M. Groton.
The total number of votes for president, was 301; for vice-president, 304; for secretary, 305. The number of votes cast for each man was as follows: president--A. G. Cable, 196; H. B. Barton, 105; vice-president--R. M. Middlemass, 164; W. G. Wendell, 140; secretary--J. M. Groton, 121; H. Gray, 116; F. Schenck, 68.
A. G. Cable, the new president, comes from Evanston, Illinois, and prepared at the Hill School. He is an assistant managing editor of the CRIMSON, and rowed on the University crew squad this fall.
R. M. Middlemass, vice-president, comes from New Britain, Connecticut, and prepared at Wesleyan Academy, Wilbraham, Massachusetts.
J. M. Groton, secretary, comes from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and prepared at the Episcopal Academy of that city. He is secretary of the CRIMSON.
