In the absence of nominations for officers and directors of the Co-operative Society other than those made by the stockholders at their annual meeting, no action was taken in regard to the election at yesterday's meeting of the participating members of the society. Under the by-laws, the election is now referred to the stockholders, who will meet tomorrow.
