Will Lecture on "The Influence of Education on the Negro" at 8 Tonight.

Mr. Booker T. Washington h.'96 will speak in the Living Room of the Union on "The Influence of Education on the Negro," this evening at 8 o'clock.

Mr. Washington has been principal of the Tuskegee Normal and Industrial Institution since 1881, and is the leader in the movement for the industrial education of the negro of the South today. He is a well known writer and speaker on racial and educational subjects, two of his best known books being "Up from Slavery" and "The Story of My Life and Work."

The lecture is open only to members of the Union.
