Players for Cable Chess Match

The men who will represent the American universities in the inter-university cable chess match with Cambridge and Oxford, to be held on Saturday, have been chosen as follows, from the men who played in the intercollegiate contest last fall: Harvard, Q. A. Brackett '07 and P. W. Bridgman 3G. or G. T. McClure '07; Columbia, J. R. Capablanca and L. J. Wolff; Yale, E. B. Burgess; Princeton, W. M. Ward. H. Blumberg of Columbia will act as substitute.

The match, which will be played for the Isaac L. Rice international trophy which is now in England, will be played by cable, the American representatives playing from the Rice Chess Club, New York. W. E. Napier will act as referee.
