Progress of Tennis Tournament

In the fall tennis tournament yesterday no matches in singles were played. The doubles, however, were narrowed down to eight pairs, leaving three more rounds to be played. The semi-final round in singles will be played this afternoon at 2.30 o'clock, the matches being for the best three out of five sets, all deuce sets being played out. Only one match in doubles will be played today.

The results of the matches yesterday were as follows:
