By the will of the late Mrs. Grace M. Kuhn, who died at Lenox, Mass., on October 7, the sum of $175,000 has been bequeathed to the University to endow a new Department of Biological Chemistry. The endowment is made in memory of Mrs. Kuhn's son, who was interested in this particular branch of science, and will be known as the Hamilton Kuhn Professorship.
