The trial matches for the University golf team played yesterday at the Oakley Country Club resulted as follows: S. W. Sargent '11 defeated W. W. Bodine '10, 2 up and 1 to play; A. M. Crosby '11 defeated S. D. Bush '09, 3 up and 1 to play; M. MacArthur '10 defeated N. Harrower '09, 1 up on 19 holes; J. T. Nightingale '10 defeated S. W. Cooper '09, 3 up and 2 to play; W. B. Durant '10 defeated A. W. Fletcher '10, 1 up; H. C. Clark '11 defeated C. H. Burton '09, 5 up and 4 to play.
