The time in which students are allowed to change courses will end today at 1 o'clock. Any applications received after that time will be liable to a fee of $10 for every half-course, and $20 for every whole course that is changed. As students are held to have definitely chosen their courses by today, they are liable to tuition fees for the same, whether they complete them or not.
