Material for Graded Crews Needed

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The number of men who reported for graded crew work yesterday was hardly sufficient to form one crew. Today every man who rowed in the inter-dormitory series is expected to report at his boat-house at 3.30 o'clock, as there is only two weeks in which to pick and train the crews. There will be as many boats as the number of men trying for them warrants, and members of the winning boat in each grade will receive individual cups.

It was decided yesterday to make the fourth University crew, with the addition of S. B. Smart '12 and A. B. Day '13, the first Newell graded crew, and Smart was appointed captain.
