Goodale '13, of Cambridge, and A. J. Lowrey '13, of Honolulu, Hawaii, members of the executive committee. The three officers of the organization also belong to the executive committee ex-officiis.

The minutes of the secretary were read and accepted, and the following amendment to the constitution was passed:

"The Chairman of the Committee on Undergraduate Organizations shall be appointed by the executive committee of this Council and thereupon shall become a member of the Council ex-officio. He shall choose the other members of the said committee subject to the approval of the executive committee of the council."

During the year there will be only three meetings of the Council as a whole, but various sub-committees will be appointed who will meet oftener. The executive committee will meet at least twice a month.
