Award of Pasteur Medal for 1910-11

The Pasteur Medal given to a successful contestant in an annual debate on a subject drawn from contemporary French politics, has been awarded this year to Maurice Suravitz '13, of Scranton Pa. His subject was "The Principle of Ministerial Responsibility in its Relation to the French Parliamentary System." The judges were A. Brun A. M. '98, Judges A. P. Stone '93, and Dr. A. N. Holcombe '06.
