FIRST LACROSSE GAME AT 3

With Springfield Training School.--Coach Warwick Arrives Today.

The University lacrosse team will play its first game of the season on Soldiers Field this afternoon at 3 o'clock with Springfield Training School. Although the University team has not played any games this year, the men have showed up very well in practice, and the prospects for the season are bright. The attack is very strong with Gustafson, Fitts, and Blackett, all of whom played on last year's championship team; and the defence, with Captain Nash, Hale, and Brightman, of last year's team, seems equally strong. Several substitutes will probably be used in today's game. Coach Warwick will arrive today and will remain with the team until May 16.
