Detective Burns Will Suck at 2

Detective William J. Burns of Chicago, will speak in the thing Room of the Union tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock Detective Burns spoke here last spring on the McNamara case. His broad knowledge and long experience in the prosecution of graft on a large scale makes his talks highly interesting. His subject for tomorrow has not yet been announced.

Major Finley on the Philippines.

In the evening Major John P. Finley, U. S. A., will speak in the Living Room on "Moro Problems in the Southern Philippines, and the American Method of Solution." During a term of several years as governor of one of the Moro provinces, Major Finley made a comprehensive study of the aborigines and the problems involved in their government. All interested in the problems of our territorial possessions should attend.

As usual both addresses will be open only to members of the Union.
