The seventh in the series of historic operatic concerts under the auspices of the Boston Opera Company and the Department of Music will be given in Sanders Theatre this evening at 8.15 o'clock. Professor W. R. Spalding will speak on the life and works of Verdi, Borto, Mascagni, Leoncavallo, and Puccini. The musical program will be presented by the following seven artists: Miss Elizabeth Amsden, soprano; Miss Evelyn Scotney, soprano; Mme. Florence de Courcy, soprano; Signor Giuseppe Gaudenzi, tenor; Signor Alfredo Ramella, tenor; Signor Giovanni Polese, baritone; Sigmor Jose Mardones, basso.
