University Golf Championship Matches Begin Today.

The qualifying round for individual golf championship of the University will be played at the links of the Woodland Golf Club, West Newton, this afternoon, at 2.30 o'clock. The lowest 10 scores for the 18 holes will qualify for match play tomorrow. Those who win their matches tomorrow will play for the University championship, while those who lose will play for a consolation prize. An entry fee of $1 will be charged in addition to a daily fee for use of the links. Post entries will be allowed.
