New Condition for Baldwin Prize

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

New conditions have recently been announced governing the award of the Baldwin Prize in municipal government this year. The subject remains the same being "The Best Sources of City Revenue," but the monetary consideration of $100 has been split into two prizes of $50 each. One may be competed for as usual by undergraduates in any college in the United States offering direct instruction in government. The other is open only to undergraduates in an institution to which no Baldwin Prize has previously been assigned.

Manuscripts are due on March 15, 1913. Further information may be obtained from Professor W. B. Munro, or at the Wadsworth House Library.
