The annual reception for foreign students is to be held in Phillips Brooks House tonight at 8 o'clock, and some sixty men representing at least 15 different countries are expected to attend.
President Lowell will not be present, as was at first announced, but Professor A. B. Hart '80, who has recently travelled extensively in the far East, will represent the Faculty. Exchange Professor Anesaki from Tokio, Japan, will speak for the visiting professors; Chang Loy '13 for the graduates; and P. G. Wolo '17, from Siberia, for the entering men.
