After the semi-final trials for the University debating teams, which were held in the New Lecture Hall Friday evening, the following men were retained and divided into teams to debate in the finals in the New Lecture Hall tomorrow afternoon at 4.30 o'clock and evening at 7 o'clock: afternoon--affirmative, H. C. Place '14, I. Levin '14, R. B. Fizzell 3L.; negative, T. J. Moore 3L., J. Lorenz '14, C. W. Chenoweth 2G; evening--affirmative, B. H. Knollenberg 1G., F. Greenman 14, M. C. Lightner 3L.; negative, R. L. West '14, T. C. Henin uC., A. A. Berle 1G.
The main speeches will be twelve minutes in length and the rebuttals five minutes. To the undergraduates making the best showing in the trials the Coolidge debating prize of $100 will be awarded.
