The president holds office for a half-year, during which time he has charge of the editorial policy of the paper, and in all cases is its official representative.

In this way it will be seen that the position of president of the CRIMSON is reached after a three months' competition as candidate, a half-year of work as assistant managing editor and then another half-year of service as managing editor.
